With almost 30 years experience in Pharma Drug Product manufacturing, and specifically Process Technology & Tech Services roles, Daryl has a proven track record for realizing value for a business; this includes network strategy development and execution (>100 Tech Transfers under management), optimizing process performance delivering up to $100m in incremental savings over recent years, as well as developing and deploying operational strategies for a Pharma Technology enterprise.
Balancing risk, change leadership, resourcing and expected outcomes, Daryl is always focused on effective and efficient value delivery. A combination of a PhD in Chemistry, a Diploma in Financial Management and a Six Sigma qualification, with decades of experience, provides a very solid skills & expertise base to meet client needs.
Daryl has spent the past 15 years in the Pharma Contract Manufacturing environment supporting a business with revenue is excess of >$20bn p.a.
Qualifications: PhD Chemistry, UCD; Dip. Financial Mgt, ACCA.
